The 20th edition of ExpoCaribe was inaugurated this Monday at the Heredia Cultural Complex in Santiago de Cuba, with the participation of representatives from approximately 300 Cuban companies, 41 foreign companies from 35 countries, and over 450 economic actors from all sectors.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Governor of Santiago de Cuba, Manuel Falcón Hernández, emphasized the importance of the event in promoting joint projects, strengthening regional trade, and attracting sustainable investment.

"Let us make this fair a driving force for the economic development of our country, with a shared vision and a dream of integration for our societies and peoples," Falcón emphasized.

This 20th edition of ExpoCaribe, considered the second most important trade fair of its kind in Cuba, features a comprehensive program of activities, including business roundtables, thematic panels, inter-ministerial meetings, exchanges with producers, as well as cultural activities showcasing the artistic richness of the region.

One of the most anticipated events this year is the "Made in Cuba" initiative, aimed at promoting Cuban products with export potential.
