The Spanish vertical wholesale operator Enjoy Travel Group reported that it will strengthen its tasks in Cuba during this year after a successful 2024, both on the island and in the rest of the world. A statement from the company, released this Friday in Havana, adds that the year just ended was full of great achievements and the company looks towards 2025 full of challenges and opportunities. Enjoy Travel Group, with more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, in its annual summary noted -the message indicates- an extraordinary balance that reflects its exponential growth, innovation and commitment to excellence.
This year was key to the consolidation of its global presence, the strengthening of its offer of products and services, and the integration of advanced technology, marking a path towards a promising 2025. The tour operator experienced exponential growth that positions it as a reference in international tourism, they stressed. With representative and commercial offices in 11 countries (Spain, Italy, Russia, Canada, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil), the company is expanding its global reach. In 2024, the company highlighted the opening of receptive offices in Canada and Spain, strengthening its service capacity in key destinations. In addition, the organization opted to specialize its product portfolio, incorporating destinations such as Europe and expanding strategic lines such as MICE (meetings, congresses and incentive trips), which allows it to meet the demands of diverse and specialized markets. Enjoy reinforced its global visibility, participating in the most important international tourism fairs, including FITUR (Spain), ITB (Germany), Montreal Motor Show (Canada), ANATO (Colombia) and FITCuba (Cuba). Likewise, its role as a member of the International Organization UN Tourism, the Ibero-American Network of Accessible Tourism, the Spanish Network of Accessible Tourism, the Board of Directors of UNAV and the upcoming agreement between UNAV Spain and AMAV Mexico, to be signed at FITUR 2025, reflect its commitment.
The integration of advanced technological platforms such as OTAs allowed it to optimize the customer experience and expand its global reach. In addition, recognitions such as the Biosphere Seal and the Queer Certificate ratify Enjoy Travel Group's commitment to sustainability, diversity and inclusion, fundamental pillars for the company.
They add that 2024 was also a year of internal consolidation, as the organization managed to strengthen unity among its workers, building a diverse and committed team. For this year, the company is focused on consolidating the operational efficiency of its offices, expanding its portfolio of specialized products and developing multi-destination.
The statement said they will continue to strengthen relations between issuing and receiving offices, and will explore new opportunities in strategic markets such as Cuba, ensuring sustainable and continued growth. (Taken from Prensa Latina)
