The International Group of Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, Havanatur S. A. presented this Tuesday its portfolio of events for next year, which includes important events on various topics such as business, science, agriculture and, of course, tourism. 
The presentation, held at the Iberostar Selection Parque Central hotel, was an important event for the entities with which Havanatur has working ties, as they were able to learn first-hand everything related to the events, as well as the facilities offered by the so-called Cuba Specialist in terms of organization and logistics.
By 2025, Havanatur plans to work on the organization of 49 events, including the International Cigar Festival -next February-, the IV Edition of the International Convention Science and Consciousness and the XI Convention of Earth Sciences, the latter in April, among other meetings.
One of the segments in which Havanatur's work is focused is undoubtedly that of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE, in English) which, according to the president of the group, Yoelkis Salazar Rivery, its work is focused on promoting events, to contribute to the recovery of tourism in Cuba.
Likewise, during the presentation, the products that the group sells were explained in detail, as well as the circuits under its tutelage that cover the most important destinations in the country. Also present at the meeting were Giana Galindo, commercial director of the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur), Yanet de Armas, director of events, Evelyn Guilarte, president of Viajes Cuba, executives from Havanatur, among other officials from the sector, and representatives of travel agencies, tour operators, hotel groups, event promoters and the national and international press, accredited in Cuba.
