Iberostar Selection Havana opens its doors to enjoy ¨impressive views of the city", the Spanish hotel chain announced on its Facebook social network this Tuesday.

After a little more than six years of construction, the new Iberostar Cuba Hotels & Resorts hotel was finally inaugurated in the Cuban capital, bringing the number of hotels operated by the chain in Havana to 5, for a total of 20 in the country, and it is the tallest in the entire national territory with 42 floors and 594 rooms.

With a 5-star category, the new facility is located on the central 23rd Avenue, an emblematic place in the Cuban capital, where practically all tourists who visit Havana go, since it is considered that if you arrive at the Wonder City and do not walk along the famous street, it is as if you had not been in the city.

Also called by the population La Torre K, the accommodation also has the attribute of its location, since this is considered the main cinematographic artery of the country, which is why many of its spaces have been baptized with names linked to cinema. A restaurant called “Taxi Driver” is on the ground floor, which refers to the 1976 American classic, while the lobby bar on the first level named “La Dolce Vita” dates back to the year 1960 of Italian cinema.

Then there are several spaces with titles of Cuban films, among them the one that could not be missed, “Fresa y Chocolate” that identifies the buffet restaurant on the second level, then follows “Habanastation” that names the pool snack bar on the next floor; the terrace on the 32nd floor, in the executive area, is identified as “Habana Selfies”, and at the top of the tower is the Sky Bar “Habana Blues”, from where clients can enjoy views of the city, never before seen from other buildings.

The Iberostar Selection Habana also has parking services, a gym, a spa, a hair salon, a gallery of shops, a bank and a multipurpose room.
