The second edition of the Motivos Cubanacan Fam Trip has shifted its program to include the country’s western and central regions, following damage caused by Hurricane Melissa to facilities in eastern Cuba.
According to information released by the organizers, the tour, initially scheduled for the provinces of Camagüey, Holguín, and Santiago de Cuba, will now feature Havana, Varadero, Villa Clara, and Trinidad. The organizers believe this alteration will yield significant benefits for participants and facilitate successful business development for all parties involved.
“We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to reconnect and showcase, in an optimal environment, everything Cuba has to offer as a tourist destination,” the statement added.
The first phase of Motivos Cubanacan, which took place last April, included destinations in Pinar del Río, Matanzas, Trinidad, and Remedios, drawing representatives from nearly 100 tour operators and travel agencies across 15 countries.
The second phase, commencing on the 17th of this month, will include locations in Trinidad, Varadero, Villa Clara, and Havana.
