With just over 40 hotels in the main Cuban destinations, Blue Diamond Resorts continues its commitment to tourism in Cuba, as evidenced at the recently concluded International Tourism Fair (FITCuba 2025), during which the chain's sales team consolidated key relationships with strategic partners and projected new growth opportunities for the sector on the island.
Blue Diamond Resorts took advantage of every opportunity offered by FITCuba to strengthen its presence as a key player in the Cuban hotel industry. Among the highlights was the official luncheon held at the Royalton Habana Hotel, attended by the Minister of Tourism, Juan Carlos García Granda, and the main tour operators in the Canadian market, a traditional and fundamental ally for Cuba.
Likewise, the chain's executives enthusiastically welcomed groups of travel agents and operators on tours of several of its hotels, including Mystique Habana, Hotel Inglaterra, Memories Miramar Habana, and properties in Varadero, Trinidad, and Viñales. These visits allowed guests to experience firsthand the diversity and quality of the chain's portfolio, which combines city, nature, and beach experiences tailored to different traveler profiles.
Furthermore, it was learned that the conversations held during FitCuba with representatives from markets such as Canada, Latin America, Europe, and China—to which the fair was specifically dedicated—open a promising outlook for future collaborations, commercial expansion, and the development of more specialized products. In this way, Blue Diamond Resorts reaffirms its commitment to Cuban tourism and projects itself toward a future of growth, innovation, and strong partnerships that will enable Cuba to continue positioning itself as a comprehensive and competitive destination internationally.
With a portfolio of more than 60 properties and a total of 18,000 luxurious rooms, since its debut in 2011, Blue Diamond Resorts is the most dynamic and rapidly expanding resort company in the Caribbean, with a presence in important destinations such as Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Saint Lucia, and Grenada.
