The University of Havana (UH) has inaugurated its 2026 International Summer School, welcoming approximately 230 participants, the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education reported on Tuesday.
This year’s edition of the summer program hosts students from Mexico, Brazil, Russia, the United States, Turkey, Haiti, Portugal, Uruguay, Chile, Canada, and Austria.
The academic and cultural initiative will feature 20 courses delivered through various modalities—in-person, hybrid, and virtual—with a strong focus on management, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
According to the Ministry’s official Facebook page, the course catalog includes Spanish for Beginners (A1), Deep Learning in Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Public Relations, Strategic Financial Management, and "From Idea to Business" (Business Model Canvas + ISO 9001).
